Learn to incorporate research proven tools developed by the Gottman Institute from 40 years of research and over 3,000 couples studied.

While every relationship is unique, the Gottman’s have uncovered the 7 Principles that happy couples have in common. By mastering the 7 Principles, your relationship will be prepared to weather the lowest lows, thrive in the highest highs, and maintain intimacy and connection in the mundane.

Practical.

This four part psycho-educational workshop will teach early stage committed couples the tools necessary for cultivating a satisfying relationship built to last. This workshop is perfect for couples anticipating major milestones such as moving in together, marriage or expecting their first child. However, any couple in the early stages of their committed relationship will benefit from strategies this workshop has to offer!

This workshop is NOT meant for couples experiencing severe relationship distress. Please refer to the Gottman Referral Network for resources or contact Dr. Luger for couples therapy.

Workshop Format.

The workshop will include lectures and private couple exercises. Couples will have the opportunity to ask questions throughout the course of the workshop, but participants will not be asked to share their personal concerns in front of others.

About Dr. Luger.

Dr. Luger is a licensed clinical psychologist trained in Gottman levels 1-3, and is a certified 7 Principles Workshop leader through the Gottman Institute. Dr. Luger has a private practice in the West Loop where she provides individual, couples, and group psychotherapy. She has over 11 years of experience working in various clinical settings.

Cost

$500 per couple for all 4 workshops.

Included in cost is the Gottman Seven Principles Couples Set valued at $49. This includes two Couples Guides, one copy of The Seven Principles for Making Marriage Work, and Love Maps and Open-Ended Questions Card Deck.

Missed dates may be made up during future workshops, if available.
